Whether clients require staff augmentation, research and policy analyses, planning and managerial assistance, enforcement support, or development and integration of Management Information System (MIS) programs, HGL’s Professional Services Division has the experience and resources to meet all requirements.
For the last 14 years, HGL has provided on-site operational support for the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program/Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), which identifies and evaluates innovative environmental technologies that can reduce the cost of Department of Defense operations. These programs successfully manage more than $100M annually in applied research and technology development that saves the federal government billions of dollars while reducing environmental impacts and ensuring the sustainability of DoD's training and testing ranges.

|
Currently, HGL is defining system requirements and architecture for a new mission-critical MIS Enterprise Program—a global management system that will integrate for the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence 13 stand-alone systems that manage projects, programs, resources, administrative functions, and human resources information. |
| |
HGL is assisting NASA in developing programs to manage safety mission assurance policies and standard requirements at the Agency and Center levels. Finally, HGL is also supporting NASA's workplace, process, and job hazard analyses. |
